Q: Can I also publish to my account while you manage it for me?

A: I would prefer to take this off your plate, but if you have a piece of content that you want to share, you most certainly can share it.

Q: How to you stay on top of Pinterest changes?

A: Since I work with Pinterest on a daily basis, I quickly see new platform changes. I also test new strategies on a regular basis, read any news related to Pinterest, keep an eye on their Newsroom, and attend any webinars or events hosted by Pinterest when I receive an invitation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Pinterest management services are offered on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time with written notice from either party. If a fixed-term contract has been agreed upon, the same policy applies. Cancellations must be communicated in writing before the next invoice is paid and/or a few days' written notice. Services will continue through the remainder of the current billing cycle if the latest invoice has been paid. Invoices that are more than 10 business days late will result in services being paused or cancelled.
